Acceptance and scope
By booking or using our guidance, you accept these terms. Digital Craftgrid provides educational and practical relocation recommendations. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, financial, medical or property-brokerage services and cannot guarantee a visa, official appointment, apartment or third-party decision.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate context, verify time-sensitive requirements with the relevant authority, protect access links and make your own final decisions. You may not record a consultation without written agreement.
Fees, cancellation and intellectual property
Fees and scope are confirmed before booking. Cancellation and refund rules appear in our refund policy. We retain copyright in our original guides and templates. You may use your personal plan for your household move but may not resell, publish or remove attribution from it.
Availability and liability
Official procedures and third-party services change without notice. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities or decisions by authorities, landlords, employers or providers. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fee paid for the affected service; nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand (TH), without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Contact info@digitalcraftgrid.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern.
