Cancellation timeframe
Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation for a full refund, less any non-recoverable payment fee disclosed before purchase. One reschedule is available without charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Late changes and no-shows
Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a 50% refund. Changes within 24 hours and no-shows are normally non-refundable because the adviser reserved the time. We consider documented emergencies individually and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Work already started
For a Housing Readiness Review or any commissioned written preparation, completed review time is deducted from a refund. Purchased third-party translations or specialist work authorised by you are non-refundable once ordered. We do not ordinarily request deposits separate from the consultation fee; if a custom engagement requires one, its refundable portion is stated in writing.
If we cancel
If Digital Craftgrid cannot deliver, you may accept a new date or receive a full refund for undelivered work. Where a session has partly occurred, any refund reflects the usable work already supplied.
Request process
Email info@digitalcraftgrid.digital with your name, booking date and requested outcome. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days after confirmation. Bank processing can add time.
