Controller and information collected
Digital Craftgrid, Level 9, 54 Türkenstraße, Munich 80799, is the controller. We collect contact details, booking information, correspondence, payment records and the relocation context you voluntarily provide. Please do not send sensitive identity, health or financial data through the contact form.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, deliver contracted consultations, maintain financial records, secure the site and meet legal duties. Depending on the context, processing relies on steps toward a contract, contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.
Sharing, transfers and retention
Necessary information may be handled by hosting, email, scheduling and payment providers under appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process data outside Thailand or your country; we use contractual and legal transfer mechanisms where required. Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months, client files after five years, and accounting records for the statutory period.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
