Berlin Landing Plan — €240. Includes pre-call questionnaire review, a 90-minute private video consultation and a written action sequence delivered within two working days.
First-Month Check-In — €120. Includes a 45-minute call and a concise written recap on the next working day.
Work priced after review
The Housing Readiness Review starts at €175 for one applicant and a standard document set. We quote before booking when a household has multiple income sources, extensive correspondence or more than one proposed contract.
Fees cover guidance only. Government fees, translations, legal or tax advice, insurance premiums, travel and third-party charges are not included. No recurring subscription is offered.
Booking and payment
After an initial enquiry, we confirm suitability, scope, date and fee in writing. Payment is requested to secure the appointment. See refunds and cancellations for changes, no-shows and work already begun.
